BeforeTheBillions began as a result of William’s personal journey. After facing a layoff from his first job as a software engineer, he launched the BeforeTheBillions YouTube channel in January 2020. His mission was simple: to help others navigate the tech industry, avoid the mistakes he encountered, and provide practical, actionable advice for success in a competitive job market.
